Cartsmith is a brand of Contineil Global Private Limited (CIN U10799UW2026PTC256899), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at C-57, Sector 88, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301. GSTIN 09AAOCC1138L1ZC. Quotes and invoices are issued in that company's name and GST is charged as applicable. References to "we", "us" and "Cartsmith" in these terms mean that company.
The website
Content on this site — text, photographs, drawings and the Cartsmith name and logo — belongs to Cartsmith or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product photographs are representative; every unit is built to its own specification and will differ in detail.
Quotes and estimates
The Quote Builder collects a specification, not a price. A formal quote is issued by email after we review your spec, and it is that document — not anything shown on this site — that sets the price, scope, timeline and payment terms for a build. Quotes are valid for thirty days unless the quote says otherwise.
Build timelines
Timelines given on this site are typical ranges. The timeline that applies to your build is the one in your quote, and it can move if the specification changes after approval, if chassis or equipment supply is delayed, or if approvals from you are late.
Road-legal compliance
We build to the standards required for registration and operation in India and handle RTO documentation where the quote includes it. Local trading permissions, food licences and site permits are the operator's responsibility.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Warranty and after-sales terms for a delivered unit are set out in the build agreement.
