Buyback Guarantee.
Buy the Foldable Food Cart and if the business does not work out, we will buy the unit back — within the guarantee window and subject to condition.
Starting a food business is a leap. This is the part of the risk we are willing to take off you — stated in full, so you know exactly what it is worth before you buy, not after.
Applies to: Foldable Food Cart . No other Cartsmith product line is covered by the Buyback Guarantee.
Who it covers
The Buyback Guarantee applies to the Foldable Food Cart, bought new and directly from Cartsmith, and registered to the original buyer named on the invoice. It is not transferable to a second-hand owner.
How long you have
The guarantee window runs for 12 months from the date of handover. A buyback request must reach us in writing — email or WhatsApp — inside that window.
What condition the unit has to be in
The frame, folding joints, wheels and serving surfaces must be intact and in working order. Normal wear from trading is expected and accepted. Structural damage, fire or water damage, corrosion from being stored outdoors uncovered, unauthorised modification, and missing components are not covered.
What we pay
The buyback value is the invoice price less straight-line depreciation of 40% per year, calculated to the month, and less the cost of any parts needed to bring the unit back to working order. Branding, wraps and menu boards specific to your business carry no value and are deducted at cost of removal.
How it works
Send us the request with the invoice number and photographs. We inspect the unit — at the workshop, or at your location within Delhi NCR — and confirm the buyback figure in writing within seven working days. On acceptance we collect the unit and pay by bank transfer within fourteen working days of collection.
What is not covered
Custom builds and any unit other than the standard Foldable Food Cart, units bought through a third party, units used as security against a loan, and units outside the 12-month window. GST and delivery charges are not refunded.

Who stands behind it
The Buyback Guarantee is given by Contineil Global Private Limited (CIN U10799UW2026PTC256899, GSTIN 09AAOCC1138L1ZC), trading as Cartsmith, at C-57, Sector 88, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301. It sits alongside your statutory rights and does not replace them. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
