What if the best food and retail experiences didn’t wait behind four walls, but came looking for the customer? So we packed full commercial kitchens into trucks, trailers and carts — engineered to launch a business anywhere.
Today, Cartsmith is one of India’s most trusted fabricators of mobile business units, with in-house facilities, a pan-India delivery network and export capability — and hundreds of brands running on our builds.

No template has ever left this floor
Every build starts from the operator’s menu, staff count and pitch. Two identical briefs have never come through the door, so two identical units never leave it.
We answer the phone after delivery
Handover is the start of the relationship, not the end. Spares, upgrades and troubleshooting are part of what a Cartsmith unit is.

Founded
One workshop, one welder, and a hand-push chai cart built for a friend who wanted to trade outside a college gate.

First food truck
A Tata Ace mobile kitchen — the first Cartsmith build with a full cooking line, certified gas and 3-phase power.

Fabrication, electrical, plumbing and finishing brought under one roof, ending the dependence on outside vendors.

Founders & directors
The people behind every build.
Cartsmith is run by the people who started it. One takes your brief and turns it into a layout, one turns that layout into steel, and one keeps the company behind every build in order — and all three stay on the project until the unit is handed over.
Runs the front of the business — briefs, layouts and quotes. Every spec that comes through the site lands with Nitin first, and he stays the point of contact from concept approval to delivery.
Runs the floor — fabrication, electrical, gas and plumbing. Nothing leaves the workshop until Harendra has rain-tested it, checked every line and signed off the handover walkthrough.
Director of Contineil Global Private Limited, the company behind Cartsmith. Looks after the business side — compliance, accounts and the paperwork a road-legal unit depends on — so the floor can focus on building.
