Privacy policy.
Short version: we only collect what we need to reply to your enquiry, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the quote builder or contact form, we store the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, city, the kind of unit you are interested in, your message and any build spec you selected. We also record the time of the enquiry, the IP address it came from and your browser's user-agent string, which we use only to detect abuse of the form.
The site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are limited to aggregate page-view counts and are never linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
To reply to you with a concept and quote, to follow up on that conversation, and — if you go ahead with a build — to manage the project. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this website and forwarded by email to the Cartsmith team. Access is limited to people who handle enquiries and builds.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and no longer than three years after the last contact. Project records for completed builds are kept for warranty and after-sales support.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cartsmithnoida@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will action it within seven days.
