Every other cart on this site assumes you have somewhere to keep it. The Foldable Food Cart does not. The frame collapses flat in about a minute, slides into a car boot, and goes home with you at the end of the day — which is the difference between a business you can start from a flat and one you cannot.
It opens back up without a single tool: drop the legs, lock the braces, clip the counter on. Aluminium and stainless hybrid construction keeps it light enough for one person to carry and load, and food-safe where food touches. It is the unit we recommend to anyone testing a menu before they commit to a pitch.

Folded, the frame is under ten inches thick and goes flat into the boot of a hatchback with the rear seats down. The canopy and counter travel alongside it. If you drive something smaller than a hatchback, tell us and we will confirm the folded dimensions against your car before you order.
The joints are the whole engineering problem, and they are where the money goes — machined locking braces rather than the wing-nut hinges you see on market stalls. It is rated for a full day of trading, every day. It is not rated to carry a tandoor; if your menu needs that, look at the Push Cart or the E-Rickshaw Food Cart.
